Taylor Swift‘s routine after her Eras Tour shows dropped jaws as fans declared her “superhuman” after seeing the promo for her upcoming docuseries, The End of an Era.
On Oct. 13, the pop superstar, 35, made a double career announcement on Good Morning America: the six-episode docuseries and The Eras Tour: The Final Show, which will add The Tortured Poets Department set of her Eras Tour to her concert film. Both hit Disney+ on Dec. 12.
Following the announcement, fans expressed their excitement for the two new projects. However, Swifites also took note of the “Life of a Showgirl” singer’s wild post-show routine after each Eras Tour concert.
“I’ll not be able to get to sleep because I can’t, like, come down,” Swift said in the promo video for her Disney+ projects. “But I’ve watched tons of TV, I ate room service in bed, I signed a box of 2,000 CDs, and then I’m tired. And I’m going to do the whole thing again.”
On X, Swifties marveled over how the pop superstar managed to do so much after her Eras Tour shows and was still able to function.
One fan wondered, “’I sign a box of 2,000 CDs,’” hey so does Taylor ever SLEEP????”
To that, a different X user replied, “My thoughts EXACTLY and the answer is no… she is also superhuman.”
Another Swiftie admitted, “I was exhausted after my show and I wasn’t the one performing. How did she do that??????”
Someone else shared via X, “The way I would be completely passed out after a show like that she has OTHER things she does before going to bed???? She’s crazy fr how did she have the energy to perform every night on the eras tour on no sleep 😭.”
However, as one fan pointed out in the X thread, “It’s normal for performers to not be able to sleep after shows because their adrenaline is so high. They’re too jittery and restless.”
In another post, an X user echoed, “Can we talk about how she said her nightly routine was to sign a box of 2000 CDs, just for us???? This woman never stops.”
Swift’s fiancé, Travis Kelce, was also featured in the promo video for her End of an Era docuseries.
At the beginning of the clip, Swift dramatically declared, “People like to talk about phenomenons almost as if it was pieces falling into place. As if it just happened. The Eras Tour wasn’t when all of the pieces fell into place. This tour was just when every single one of us who had done so much work, pushing inch by inch, to when we all clicked together.”
She concluded, “We have broken every single record you can break with this tour. The only thing left is to close the book.”
The End of an Era drops on Disney+ on Friday, Dec. 12.
