Taylor Swift‘s appearance on NBC isn’t over just yet, folks.
The “Life of a Showgirl” singer’s recent interview on The Tonight Show was just announced to air as a special on Friday, Oct. 10, Deadline reports. The standalone episode will feature an extended version of her interview with Jimmy Fallon.
Dubbed The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon: Taylor Swift (Extended Cut), Friday’s show will feature additional moments from Swift’s sit-down with Fallon, 51, that were not previously aired, according to NBC per Deadline.
The billionaire pop star, 35, offered insight on a number of topics in the cut-down version of her Tonight Show interview from Monday, Oct. 6 — including those Super Bowl Halftime Show rumors. Swift told Fallon she just didn’t feel right even considering the opportunity when her fiancé Travis Kelce could also be on the field.
In a lengthy explanation, Swift also shared that her team has previously talked with Jay Z — who owns Roc Nation and is involved in the Halftime show artist selection — but she hasn’t received an official offer.
The “Lover” singer also showcased a true Swift style at her highly anticipated Tonight Show appearance from Monday, delivering a “showgirl” vibe with $4,582 outfit that sparkled in a crystal-embellished off-the-shoulder minidress, accentuating her neckline and adding a touch of old Hollywood glamour. The striking dress was designed by Milan-based fashion house Giuseppe Di Morabito and retailed for $1,797.
Friday’s Tonight Show special will undoubtedly bring in big ratings — and Swift is used to impressive numbers of late. In addition to all the success her latest (and divisive) album is seeing, her weekend theatrical effort The Official Release Party of a Showgirl just ruled the box office.
The “cinematic experience,” as the project was dubbed, sang to the tune of $33 million last weekend, Variety reported, and collected another $13 million at the international box office for a global total of $46 million.
