“The C Notes,” a Twin Cities cover band, will be the featured entertainment at the City of Prior Lake’s Music in the Park series scheduled for Friday, June 5.
The band will play from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lakefront Park and is well known for the variety of music played over the course of the last 20 years, including soul, rock, funk and blues.
Those who attend may bring lawn chairs and coolers. Glass is not permitted in the park. Food will be available for purchase from Brick Oven Bus and Udder Buddies.

Other Music in the Park events that are scheduled during the summer months include:
- Prior Lake Windjammers, Friday, July 24, 6 to 7 p.m.
- Skitzo Fonik, Friday, Aug. 28, 6 to 8 p.m.
Lakefront Park is located at 5000 Kop Parkway in the downtown Prior Lake area.
