DENVER (KDVR) — The cast of “The Lord of the Rings,” “Scream,” the biggest “X-Files” reunion and even Peggie, the dog from “Deadpool,” will be at Denver’s FAN EXPO this weekend.

FAN EXPO kicks off on Thursday at the Colorado Convention Center. This annual event hosts all things sci-fi, horror, anime and gaming, which includes meet-and-greets with actors, collectible and merch shopping, Q&As and workshops.

In the past, the event hosted celebrities like John Cena and the crew from “Supernatural” and “The Office,” and this year, it’s just as big.

For the first time in almost a decade, “X-Files” stars Gillian Anderson and David Duchovny are reuniting in the biggest X-Files reunion. Meanwhile, Elijah Wood, Sean Astin, Billy Boyd and Dominic Monaghan from “The Lord of the Rings” are in Denver on their 25th anniversary tour.

Other big names include Orlando Bloom, who’s known for his role in “The Lord of the Rings and “Pirates of the Caribbean,” Bryce Dallas Howard from “Jurassic World,” Gillian Anderson from “The X-Files,” David Tennant from “Doctor Who” and Matthew Lillard from “Scream.”

Lillard won’t be the only “Scream” cast member, either. He’s joined by Skeet Ulrich, Jamie Kennedy and even Lee Waddell. Other television show casts will be joining as well, like Karl Urban, Erin Moriarty, Karen Fukuhara and Tomer Capone from “The Boys.”

The roster goes as deep as bringing Peggie, the dog from “Deadpool.”

The event starts on Thursday and goes through Sunday, and there’s still time to get tickets. The four-day pass goes for $130, while a single-day pass is between $35 and $80, depending on the day.
