GREENSBORO, NC. – The Reading Royals continuing their long road trip in a matchup with the Gargoyles.
The Gargoyles score in the final seconds of the first. It’s Dalton Skelly giving them a 1-0 lead.
The Royals answer back in the second. Just minutes into the period Austin Saint finds the back of the net off the assist by Brandon Saigeon. Reading would score 3 in the period, two on which coming off the stick of Liam Devlin. They lead 3-1 heading into the third.
Reading would strike first in the period. Alec Butcher puts the Royals up, 4-1.
They go on to win, 5-2.
