The White Lotus fans will be relieved to know that Walton Goggins and Aimee Lou Wood have reunited at the 2025 Emmys after a year full of rumors about their relationship.
The stars, who played Rick and Chelsea in season three of the HBO show, are celebrating The White Lotus’ 10 nominations, including their respective acting nominations.

Goggins walked the red carpet with wife Nadia Conners, with whom he had a PDA moment that is raising fans’ eyebrows. Wood had a solo moment on the red carpet.
Wood secured a nod in the Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series category, alongside co-stars Carrie Coon, Natasha Rothwell and Parker Posey. Goggins, meanwhile, joins co-stars Jason Isaacs and Sam Rockwell in the Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series category.
The show was also landed a Outstanding Drama Series nomination, a directing and a writing nomination for Mike, and a guest star nomination for Scott Glenn.
This marks the first joint appearance for Goggins and Wood since the dust settled on their rumored feud earlier this year. In April, Goggins unfollowed his co-star despite penning a touching tribute to her after the show’s finale.
“Thank you Aimee Lou for being my partner… a journey I will never forget,” he wrote in an April 6 post, shortly before fans noticed the pair weren’t following one another on social media.
Speculation about the state of the pair’s relationship continued into June until Wood and Goggins addressed the rumors in a profile with Variety, insisting it was all love between them. Goggins explained that he unfollowed Wood because he has a hard time letting characters go.
“When I left Justified, I went up to Tim [Olyphant], and I hugged him and I said, ‘I love you, and I hope I see you in rooms for the rest of my life.’ I didn’t talk to him for almost two years. I’ve done that with every single thing that I’ve done.”
“My catharsis in this experience was different than other people’s, because of my history in this place. I knew what we had gone through, and I knew how close that we had gotten, and I needed to begin to process saying goodbye to Rick and Chelsea,” he added. “And I knew that that was going to take a while for me, so I let her know, this is what I’ve gotta do. And she was extremely supportive about that.”
