Will animal print shoes take over in 2026? Rihanna seems to be on board.
The superstar/fashion mogul was out in New York City with partner A$AP Rocky recently — he was the musical guest on “Saturday Night Live” amid the rollout for his fourth studio album, “Don’t Be Dumb” — with a vibrant pair of tiger print Alaïa heels styled with two different looks. The animal-print d’Orsay pumps first appeared with a denim-on-denim look, then returned with a matching coat a day later.

Also in the big cat realm, Angel Reese wore blue leopard print thigh-high boots from Jennifer Le which featured fox fur trim spiraling up the shaft to an NBA game this month. And snakeskin would appear to still be trending after having a big year in 2025 — Angela Bassett and Teyana Taylor are also fans, each putting their own spin on the emerging 2026 shoe trend.
