The sheer number of artist signings announced on a weekly basis makes it difficult to keep up, no matter how closely you pay attention to the industry news cycle. That’s why every other Tuesday, Billboard compiles the latest signings to labels, distributors, agencies, management companies and more, in an effort to provide a snapshot of the latest moves in the artist space, from household names to indie stars to emerging acts.

Leading off the column this week is Victoria Monet, who signed with Full Stop Management. The singer-songwriter, who has won three Grammys, including for best new artist, will be managed by Jeffrey Azoff, Anna Savage, Shawn Holiday, and Sam Weiss. Monet was previously managed by Rachelle Jean-Louis at Tell Your Friends. Her last proper studio album, JAGUAR II, was released in August 2023. Monet has racked up two songs on the Billboard Hot 100: “On My Mama” (No. 33) and “Monopoly” with Ariana Grande (No. 69). “On My Mama” also peaked at No 4 on Billboard’s Hot R&B Songs chart.
On the label side, Alien Ant Farm signed with Judge & Jury Records, the record label and production company founded by producer Howard Benson and Neil Sanderson of Three Days Grace. Best known for singles like “Movies” and a cover of Michael Jackson‘s “Smooth Criminal,” the rock band is currently working on new music. “Signing to Judge and Jury is a true blessing for us,” said the band in a statement. “Neil was very vocal about making something happen. Through the years, Howard Benson has been mentioned in our own personal conversations. Him being involved in so many wonderful rock records, we are confident that this opportunity will yield a great chapter for Alien Ant Farm and everyone involved. Cheers to the future!”

Almighty (InnerCat Music Group)
Latin rapper Almighty and his label, Good Intentions, signed with InnerCat Music Group for distribution, publishing and neighboring rights for the artist’s catalog and upcoming releases. He’s currently working on a new album.
Konstantinos Argiros (10K/Atlantic)
Greek pop star Konstantinos Argiros launched a new label, Pentagon Records, in partnership with his longtime Greek label, Panik Records, and 10K Projects/Atlantic Music Group.
Morgan Evans (Virgin Music Group)
Virgin Music Group partnered with country singer-songwriter Morgan Evans. The first single under the deal, “Beer Back Home,” is set for release on Friday (Oct. 10), followed by a new album early next year.
Sean Jacobs (IMPERIAL Music)
“Cosmic Americana” artist Sean Jacobs signed with IMPERIAL Music, which released his new single, “Roots,” on Sept. 25.
Henry Verus (Position Music)
Position Music signed Henry Verus (“Your Guilty Pleasure”) to a global label deal.
Nicole Zignago/Beni (WK Records)
WK Records signed Peruvian singer-songwriter Nicole Zignago and Colombian artist Beni to label services deals, expanding its roster of Latin music talent. Zignago, a multi-time Latin Grammy nominee, is preparing a new album with the label, while Beni, a rising songwriter, adds further depth to WK’s lineup, which also includes recent signees like El Primo, Felipe Rosa, and Bodine. Zignago is currently in the running for best pop vocal album at this year’s Latin Grammys for her 2024 studio debut escrita and garnered a best new artist nomination in 2022. — Isabela Raygoza
Paco (RCA Records)
Mexican-American singer-songwriter Paco signed with RCA Records, which released his new EP, JARDÍN, on Friday (Oct. 3).
In Color (Big Loud Rock)
Nashville-based alt-pop band In Color signed with Big Loud Rock. The label released the group’s debut EP, Snow Day, on Friday (Oct. 3). The EP includes a new song, “I Want You.”
Nana Ouyang (Universal Music Greater China)
Universal Music Greater China signed cellist, singer-songwriter and actress Nana Ouyang to a deal the includes music development, global distribution, artist representation for music and brand partnerships. Ouyang released her debut album, , with Universal Music China 10 years ago. Her most recent release was the cello EP Love Letter.
Straight No Chaser (Green Hill Music)
A cappella group Straight No Chaser signed with Green Hill Music, which will release the group’s forthcoming holiday album, Holiday Road.
