The start of Saturday afternoon’s matchup between the Chicago White Sox and Kansas City Royals has been delayed due to rain.
First pitch was initially scheduled for 4:10 p.m. ET at Kauffman Stadium but inclement weather in the area will prevent the contest from starting on time. The new start time has not yet been announced.
DraftKings Sportsbook lists the Royals as -194 home favorites on the Moneyline today. The White Sox are +159 underdogs with the run total set at nine.
RHP Michael Wacha (0.69 ERA, 10 SO) starts for the Royals today. For the White Sox, Erick Fedde (4.09 ERA, 8 SO) gets the starting nod.
Kansas City is 6-8 and Chicago is 5-9 on the young campaign. These sides split the opening two games of this series.
