Foo Fighters atualizaram seu site para apresentar trechos de novas músicas, provavelmente de um próximo álbum.

Agora, parece que o anúncio oficial está próximo, já que a banda atualizou seu site oficial e transformei-o em uma página interativa repleta de trechos de material novo.
Para os fãs que visitam o site, a nova homepage foi projetada para parecer o quarto de um amante da música, com um violão no canto, pilhas de roupas sujas no chão, pilhas de CDs e inúmeras fotografias e pôsteres do Foo Fighters.
Ao clicar nas diversas fotos, muitas delas reproduzem um clipe de 10 segundos de músicas inéditas. No momento em que este artigo foi escrito, havia um total de 11 visualizações diferentes em oferta.
Na foto do guitarrista Pat Smear, um riff intenso com toque punk toca, e uma sensação semelhante de energia também é ouvida no clipe atrás da foto do baixista Nate Mendel.
Para a foto de Grohl, ouve-se brevemente uma faixa pesada e de ritmo acelerado, que possui floreios de elementos de sintetizador. Another said that the previews led to them thinking the new material will be “100 per cent not anything like the past four albums”, while a third chimed in: “Website is cool, reminds me of the old days of the cryptic marketing. I like most of the clips and it seems like the album will have a cool sound”.
The website update comes following Grohl going viral recently after being spotted in the crowd at the LX Super Bowl – and fans calling for Foo Fighters to headline the next halftime show as a result.
As aforementioned, their latest album was ‘But Here We Are‘, which was released in 2023 and came as a mournful farewell to their longtime drummer Taylor Hawkins, who died in March 2022 aged 50.
Since then, the band have released ‘Today’s Song’ in honour of their 30th anniversary as a band, and then shared ‘Asking For A Friend’ as their most recent single.
Foo Fighters also released a new live album capturing their recent run of intimate club shows, titled ‘Are Playing Where??? Vol. I’, and recently played their first show of the year without Pat Smear.
