The Detroit: The City of Chefs Film, um documentário sobre a herança culinária de Detroit, ganhou um 2025 Michigan Emmy Award de Melhor Documentário Histórico.
A animação stop-motion na sequência de títulos de abertura do filme foi criada por estudantes, professores e funcionários do CCS durante o curso de estúdio patrocinado DMA 485B Stop Motion: Detroit Chefs no Departamento de Artes do Entertainment no inverno de 2024 no inverno. Criado em colaboração com Keith Famie, da Visionalist Entertainment, o filme também apresenta trabalhos de estudantes de culinária no Schoolcraft College.
O filme foi ao ar na PBS em 2024 e pode ser visto em PBS Detroit.
