Aubrey Plaza has relisted her Spanish-style compound in Los Angeles following a $1.2 million price cut. The listing comes less than two months after she confirmed to PEOPLE she is expecting a child with partner Chris Abbott.
The Parks and Recreation alum, 41, first listed the Los Feliz property in September for $6.5 million, Realtor.com reported at the time. The star put the house on the market eight months after her late husband, Jeff Baena, died at the property.
Now, the actress is selling the home for $5.3 million with Carl Gambino and Ainslea Crain of Gambino Group at Compass holding the listing.

In March, Realtor.com reported Plaza had secured a buyer for the residence. However, that had fallen through by May 12 and the home was pulled off the market. It was officially relisted on May 21.
The outlet reports Plaza and Baena, a screenwriter and director, first purchased the home in October 2022 for $4.7 million. About a year and a half before, in May 2021, Plaza confirmed that the couple had secretly tied the knot. They were first linked in 2011.
The pair officially separated in September 2024. Baena died on Jan. 3, 2025, PEOPLE confirmed at the time. He was 47.
