LOS ANGELES — California and 11 other states are trying to stop the Paramount/Warner Bros. merger.
Attorney General Rob Bonta announced a lawsuit Monday to block what would be the largest merger in Hollywood history, a proposed $110 billion acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery by Paramount.
