The actor recently explained how the FX series, which premieres Jan. 21 at 9pm Et/Pt, speaks to the “bigger context” of cosmetic enhancement becoming so normalized, which he praised in his ex Demi Moore’s Coralie Fargeat-helmed film.
“One, Demi Moore’s performance, obviously she got extraordinary accolades,” he told Entertainment Tonight. “I’m so proud of her. She killed it.”
Kutcher continued, “The bigger context though, is cosmetic enhancement is becoming increasingly predominant and accepted. I started modeling when I was like 19, and what I realized really quickly is that everybody had an insecurity. You look in the mirror long enough, you’ll find something you don’t like, or that you think could be better, or you think could be different.
