Cameron Diaz has given birth to her third child, with husband Benji Madden announcing the arrival on Instagram.
The Good Charlotte musician posted multiple images alongside the caption, “Cameron and I are Happy, Excited, and feeling so BLESSED to announce the birth of our third Child, Nautas Madden. Welcome to the world Son!!”
His Instagram message went on, “We love life with our family- our kids are healthyandhappy, and we are grateful!!! having a blast Sending all our best wishes- the Madden Family.” The initial image in Benji’s post displayed a character card bearing the name Nautas Madden. Additional photos included various paintings and a child’s artwork. No photographs of the baby were included. This announcement follows Cameron’s eyebrow-raising revelation regarding her sleeping arrangements with her spouse.
Based on the card Benji posted, Nautas signifies “Sailor, navigator, voyager. One who embarks on a journey and fears not the unknown.”
Well-wishers flooded the comments section, with one supporter writing, “Congratulations @benjaminmadden and @camerondiaz you absolutely wonderful people! So so happy for you both.”
“The best parents! All a blessing to watch @benjaminmadden @camerondiaz love you all SO much,” another follower wrote, while a third added, “Oh snap this is amazing news. Congratz @benjaminmadden and @camerondiaz.” Another fan commented, “Wonderful news, congratulations.” A fifth user wrote, “Congratulations Cameron and Benji! – Wishing you guys all of the good vibes on this beautiful journey.”
Cameron and Benji, who exchanged vows in 2015, are already parents to daughter Raddix, born December 2019, and son Cardinal, born March 2024. Both children were born via surrogate, reports The Mirror.
The couple announced the arrival of their second child in 2024, noting they would not be sharing photos of their children “for safety and privacy.” Cameron has previously spoken openly about her experience of motherhood.
In a conversation with Entertainment Tonight in 2020, the actress described being a mom as the “best, best part” of her life. “I love being a mother. I’m so grateful and so happy and it’s the best thing ever and I’m so lucky to do it with Benji,” she added.
A source previously revealed to Us Weekly that Cameron and Benji had faced fertility challenges before opting for surrogacy. Following the birth of the couple’s first child, the insider noted, “They went through so much to get to this point. Cameron feels like this baby is truly a miracle.”
This comes after Cameron and a high-profile co-star appeared to take a pointed dig at Donald Trump.
