Who has left the show?
Episode one:
Throwing the show into chaos, not one, but two celebs quit the show during the first few hours of filming. S Club 7 singer Hannah Spearritt was the first to leave, despite saying: “I am pretty determined. I wouldn’t say I give up easily but whether I get to the end or not…I don’t think I’ll go on the first day because I just wouldn’t forgive myself.”
However, it all got too tough for Hannah, with her saying to the instructors: “Sorry – I’m done. Sorry. I’ve reached a point.”
Professional dancer Louie Spence was the second celeb to voluntary withdraw from the course, telling instructor Chris Fox: “I wanna do an immediate withdrawal. I just don’t have the conviction and I feel as though I’m not dedicated enough.”
Although he was given the chance to put his armband back on, Louie refused and was told to get his kit and leave.
Episode two:
During the second episode on Monday 4th August, two more celebs found the course too tough, choosing to voluntary withdraw.
After the second day of filming in Wales, Love Island star Chloe Burrows emotionally admitted “I can’t do it. I cannot. I’m done and done.” Handing over her armband, she added: “It was too much”, before calling it the worst thing she’s done in her life.
Following Chloe was another Love Island star, Tasha Ghouri. Speaking to the staff, the former Strictly winner said: “I’m not mentally here. I’m not mentally here to do this.”
Speaking to the camera after her exit scenes aired, Tasha said: “I would say my mental strength is stronger than my physical strength,” she said. “If my body is about to fail, I have to remember, Tasha, you still gave it a go. You tried your hardest.”
Episode three:
No celebs left the show during the third episode on Sunday 10th August.
Episode four:
After aggravating an old knee injury during a task, former footballer Adebayo Akinfenwa chose to voluntary withdraw from the course.
Later in the episode, Harry Clark was removed by the staff, after ‘lying’ during a task and deceiving his team mates. You can read all about that right here.
Episode five:
After injuring her neck during a task in an earlier episode, Lady Leshurr was unable to continue and chose to voluntary withdrawal from the course.
Rebecca Loos was then the eighth contestant to leave when her fear of heights got the better of her. Despite putting on the harness and bravely stepping towards the edge to face a bungee jump, she chose to voluntary withdrawal from the course.
Episode six:
Boxer Connor Benn was left in tears during the sixth episode, as he was forced to leave the course after picking up a nasty injury. Although he wanted to carry on and push through, Chief instructor Billy made the decision for him, removing him on medical grounds.
Mark Billingham said: “It’s a medical withdrawal, you have no control over this. You had a great journey.”
Despite Connor asking: “What if it’s fine?”, Mark said: “It aint’ fine. It ain’t worth the f—ing damage mate.”
Which celebs remain on Celebrity SAS?
With just two episodes to go, there’s just five recruits left on the course, including Troy Deeney, Bimini, Lucy Spraggan, Adam Collard and Michaella McCollum.

Just like the last two series, ex-special forces Jason Fox, Chris Oliver, Rudy Reyes and Billy Billingham MBE will be the directing staff.
Commenting on this year’s group of celebrity recruits, Chief Instructor, Billy said: “This course is not an attendance course, the bar is set high and will not waiver. Every recruit is a volunteer who chose to step into our arena. Although many will start, very few will finish and even less will pass. This is not for the weak minded or faint hearted.”
DS Foxy said: “The world is now a complex and dangerous place with threats coming from all angles. Because of that, we as a country need to be ready. We want to show these celebrity recruits what it takes to prepare for war, but do they have what it takes, far away from their privileged lives?”
DS Rudy commented: “SAS: Who Dares Wins is brutal, revealing and a testament to human perseverance. Punishing elements, relentless pace, and standards that make war fighters proud to give these recruits a hard reset to find their true self. And in that truth, an insight into the human experience for us all.”
DS Chris added: “This isn’t just about physical strength; it’s about mental resilience too. The recruits will be pushed to their limits, both individually and as a unit. Trust in each other will be our greatest asset. When the waves are high and the wind is howling, they will need to rely
