“Serving you sailboat vibes,” the 90-year-old shared on Instagram in late July along with rare photos of her making the most of her retirement. “Hope you’re all enjoying your summer as much as I am.”

Of her radical flaming new look, Sally says to People, “It’s really interesting being 90, because if you dye your hair and you don’t have any veins in your legs, then people say you look young … although why they think looking young when you can claim 90 is beyond me, but they think it’s a compliment.”
