The show follows the Hamilton family – adult siblings James (Jonathan Stoddard) and Janet (Emily Alatalo), and their aging family members – dad, Willis (Shaun Johnston), and Aunt Amy (Kate Drummond), who are eking out a living on Hamilton Ranch with financial hardships and staffing shortages.

James and Janet have long since flown the coop, with established lives away from Crossroad Springs. James is a pastor in Chicago, while Janet is a doctor in a neighboring town. Both return home to help their father after an accident sidelines him, but will they feel the need to stay longer than a week or two?

What happens in the series premiere of Crossroad Springs?

The series premiere of Crossroad Springs introduces viewers to the Hamilton family and their lives – James working as a pastor in Chicago, Janet as a doctor in a nearby town, and their father and Aunt Amy trying to keep the farm afloat as they both continue to age and the physical side of farm life becomes increasingly more taxing.

When is the release date of Crossroad Springs premiere?

Crossroad Springs will have its streaming premiere on Great American Pure Flix on Thursday, Aug. 28. For those who don’t have a subscription to Great American Pure Flix, you can catch the broadcast premiere on Great American Family on Saturday, Aug. 30 at 8 p.m. ET. Episodes will drop weekly first on the streamer on Thursdays and then with the linear broadcast premiere on Saturdays at 8 p.m. ET on Great American Family.
