One great Kansas City sports debate that will linger for quite some time has to do with the 2014 World Series.
The Giants won 3-2 in Game 7 as Madison Bumgarner came on in relief and shut down the Royals, earning the MVP award.
However, the question that won’t go away is whether Alex Gordon could have scored after his two-out single in the ninth inning was misplayed in the outfield. Gordon was held at third and probably would have been out by a country mile.
