I’m A Celeb star, rapper Aitch has been seen getting into the festive mood in his native Manchester – as he indulged in a little Christmas shopping, complete with a santa hat
Rapper Aitch has been spotted in his hometown of Manchester getting into the Christmas spirit, as he did a bit of last-minute Christmas shopping – including some bottles of booze.
Seen heading into a local shop, with a Santa hat on his head and holding a Christmas wreath, the I’m A Celebrity star is clearly preparing for quite a party over the holiday season, as he was seen grabbing various bottles of Southern Comfort.
Known for surprising fans while he’s out shopping, it remains to be seen whether anyone will get an unexpected encounter this Christmas with the jungle star, 26, whose debut studio album Close to Home reached number two on the UK Albums Charts.

The 26-year-old has previously taken one lucky fan shopping at Selfridges for birthday gifts, and has also been known for hosting mini-raves in shopping centres. And just last week, he surprised patients at Bolton Royal Hospital to spread some Christmas cheer, with an unannounced visit to the wards.
The chart-topping artist met patients and their families, handed out gifts and posed for selfies – later recording a message shared by NHS Bolton Facebook, telling viewers: “Yo, it’s Santa Aitch right now. I’ve got all the presents for all the kids, just wanted to say Merry Christmas, Happy New Year – all that good stuff.”
Aitch recently finished fourth place in the jungle, after the latest ITV series saw him prove so popular he was at one point the frontrunner for the King of the Jungle crown – but ultimately fans were shocked when he missed out on the final, which saw YouTube star AngryGinge emerge victorious.
However, the Moston native, real name Harrison James Armstrong, who was forced to shoot down rumours that he was having a jungle flirtation with former EastEnder Shona McGarty, won over a whole new legion of fans during his jungle stint.
Known for his warmth and humour on the show, he did however admit that at one point all he wanted to do was get out of there.
Opening up exclusively to the Mirror from Australia, he revealed the 24/7 nature of the ITV show was almost too much at one point. “There was a certain day where I thought to myself, “I need to go in this Bush Telegraph now and say, ‘Please, someone come and save me. I need to go.'”
He added: “It’s weird because you want to go off and have your little moment to yourself. But then when you go and do that, you clock that there’s cameras around, and then you start tripping, thinking, ‘Oh, I don’t want to look like I’m having this alone moment for the camera.’ So then you’re turning around, going back to the camp, but you’re not ready to be surrounded by 12 people yet. So it gets a lot.”
