Dr Fry, a science and technology expert, is likely to be one of the strongest players in series two. The University of Cambridge graduate and former professor at University College London (UCL), she is best known for producing a string of science-related shows for the BBC, including The Secret Genius of Modern Life.
Sheen is best known for portraying real-life roles on television and in films, such as Tony Blair, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, Brian Clough and Emperor Nero.
Series one of The Celebrity Traitors was broadcast in October 2025, and received an average audience of 14.9m across its duration with a peak of 15.4m for the finale.
Among its most best-known faces were Sir Stephen Fry and Jonathan Ross, who were referred to as the “big dogs” on the show. However, it was Alan Carr who eventually won as a Traitor, after convincing Nick Mohammed, the Ted Lasso actor, and David Olusoga, the historian, that he was a Faithful.
