Multiple streams of income, they say, are essential, and Justin Bieber is riding the high of his musical success into a career pivot.

The popular singer has now become an official streamer just after breaking records and landing a massive $10 million Coachella deal.

Justin Bieber’s professional successes continue to accumulate, including his music, where his albums consistently top the charts, and he could just set another bar for the streaming world.

Justin, well known for his musicality and award-winning hit songs, has decided to carve out a new path for himself in the industry as a streamer. The news of this surprising pivot came when he announced via Instagram that he would be streaming live on Twitch.

The 31-year-old launched his first-ever livestream, which drew thousands of fans in the audience just weeks after he secured a record-breaking deal with Coachella for 2026, reportedly becoming the music event’s highest-paid headliner and earning a seven-figure payout directly, without using an agency.

According to The Daily Mail, Justin’s stream was filmed on a massive soundstage with an indoor basketball court, a golf course, a skateboard half-pipe, and a large pool table.

There were several couches and tables, a large LED screen that illuminated the whole room, and a setup of large musical instruments. His decision to start a streaming channel came as a surprise to many, as he had been trying to lead a private life.

However, followers note that he has become more active on social media following the birth of his son, Jack. Justin’s plans for his streaming channel and the frequency of his streams moving forward are to be determined.

The Singers’ Twitch Livestream Is Focused On His Sporty Side

According to reports, the pop icon’s stream began with him playing a 35-minute game of basketball with his friends, with a few pauses in the game to scroll through his phone or talk to a teammate.

After the basketball game, he challenged some of his friends to a match at the pool table, then grabbed a skateboard and rode around on the half-pipe. Finally, he played a game of ping-pong, the last activity before the stream ended.

Justin did not really address the audience in the stream until about 15 minutes before it ended, where he grabbed a handheld camera and gave a tour of the soundstage.

He frequently turned the camera on himself as he moved from the pool table, showing the behind-the-scenes area where his team was busy managing the stream. At a point during the stream, he took off his baggy white T-shirt, revealing his tatted arms and torso.

Inside The Pop Star’s $10 Million Coachella Deal

Last month, The Blast covered the details on the singer’s deal as a headliner for Coachella in 2026. He previously appeared at the music festival as a guest performer in 2019, 2022, and 2024.

He performed “Sorry” with Ariana Grande, who headlined Coachella in 2019. Three years later, he performed  “Peaches” alongside Daniel Caesar, and then in 2024, he did a rendition of “Essence” with Nigerian stars Tems and WizKid.

This year, the father of one secured  $10 million fee for two weekends of performances. A deal he bagged by negotiating directly with the festival promoter, Goldenvoice, hence eliminating the payment of an agency commission, despite his ties to Goldenvoice’s parent company, AEG.

This deal reportedly makes him the highest-paid headliner in the event’s history, surpassing other artists such as Beyoncé, Ariana Grande, and The Weeknd.

The Artist Also Made Waves With His New Album ‘SWAG’

Justin released his latest album this year, following the one he dropped in 2021. “SWAG” features his son, Jack Blues, on the cover and centers on his marriage to Hailey, his mental health challenges, and his personal growth.

As reported by The Blast, in one of the songs, “Walking Away,” he sings about relationship tensions: “Days go by so fast, don’t wanna spend them with you / So tell me why you’re throwing stones at my back / You know I’m defenseless,” subtly referencing his relationship with Hailey.

He later drops some lines of assurance in his lyrics, singing  “I made you a promise / I told you, ‘I’d change’ / It’s just human nature / These growing pains / And baby, I ain’t walking away.”

On July 11, the singer set a new Spotify streaming record, amassing 95.8 million streams following the album’s debut. Since then, the number of streams has continued to increase. Fans praise the artist for his honesty, authenticity, and musicality on the album.

Justin and Haily quietly purchased a new house in Idaho just to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles.

Reportedly, the couple enjoys spending time in their lakeside home, valued at $7 million, playing golf, and going shopping. The nearly 5,000-square-foot property features five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. It also has a fire pit, barbecue setup, and a patio outside.

The singer is often spotted vacationing with his wife, playing golf with friends, and simply being a normal person, detached from his career and status as a recognized singer, without being photographed or disturbed by fans.

Cheers to more successes, Justin Bieber!
