“Landman” star Kayla Wallace is pregnant with her first baby – and she gave her costars the exciting news during the Paramount+ show’s press tour.
“My reveal was I put on a tight dress last night and walked into the lobby at the hotel, and people were like, ‘What?!’ They’ve been so supportive. It’s been wonderful,” Wallace, who plays attorney Rebecca Falcone, told People in an interview published on Sunday, Nov. 16.
Wallace and her husband, Kevin McGarry, who met on the set of the Hallmark Channel series “When Calls the Heart,” also shared the update with their Instagram followers earlier this week.
“We can’t wait to meet you, baby. Premiering 2026,” the couple captioned the joint pregnancy announcement.

Wallace’s growing stomach was on full display at the “Landman” season 2 premiere. She walked the red carpet in a white silk Armarium minidress and Maximilian Gedra gloves.
“Ready to give my baby bump its own premiere!” Wallace told People of her look for the evening.
Season 2 of “Landman” premiered on Paramount+ on Sunday. Wallace is as invested in the Taylor Sheridan series as the fans. The actress told People she “was sobbing on [her] living room floor” when she watched Sam Elliott’s scenes in the first two episodes.

Elliott joined the cast this season as Tommy Norris’ (Billy Bob Thornton) father, T.L. During the season 2 premiere, T.L., who lives in an assisted living facility, learned that his wife, Dorothy, had died.
“He’s got a way that he brings [the tears] out of you. It’s heartbreaking,” Wallace said of Elliott’s performance. “I can’t wait for people to see where that storyline goes.”
Another season 2 highlight for Wallace was sharing the screen with Demi Moore, who plays Cami Miller. Cami found herself with newfound responsibilities after her husband, M-Tex Oil CEO Monty Miller (Jon Hamm), died during season 1.
“This season, I got to share some scenes with Demi, and it was such a dream come true,” Wallace said. “She’s awesome. It’s wonderful.”
“Landman” centers on Tommy, a landman and fixer for M-Tex. He has both more power and more problems in season 2, having been promoted to M-Tex president after Monty’s death.
New episodes of “Landman” premiere on Paramount+ on Sundays at 3 a.m. ET.
