In Ryan Murphy’s world, it’s always the ’90s. Since the success of “American Crime Story” Season 1, which chronicled the 1995 murder trial of O.J. Simpson, the intensely prolific showrunner and producer has used his many anthology series to dig into the tabloid fodder and scandals that defined that decade, from the Clinton-Lewinsky Impeachment scandal to the Menendez brothers’ murder trial. With his latest show “Love Story,” he’s looking at one of the decade’s most iconic celebrity relationships: John F. Kennedy Jr. and Carolyn Bessette.
