Building anticipation for the new series, Meghan posted footage of potato slices sizzling in oil to her Instagram Stories. She captioned it, “New season of ‘With Love, Meghan’ August 26th on @netflix. Dare I say, ‘It’s all that….and a bag of chips.'”
The preview also arrives mere days after Meghan gave supporters an inside look at Prince Harry‘s personal tastes in the promotional material for her show’s second series. In the upcoming season’s trailer, Meghan appears preparing food in a kitchen with celebrated chef José Andrés. She then reveals to the chef, “Do you know who doesn’t like lobster? My husband.”
The chef responds with humor, “And you married him?!” prompting Meghan to erupt in giggles.
In the short teaser for the sophomore season, Queer Eye personality Tan France and Chrissy Teigen are also spotted as visitors at Meghan’s residence. Additional celebrity cameos feature Christina Tosi, Clare Smyth, Daniel Martin, David Chang, Heather Dorak, Jamie Kern Lima, Jay Shetty, José Andrés, Radhi Devlukia, and Samin Nosrat.
With Love, Meghan’s inaugural season didn’t manage to break into the top 300 most-viewed programs on the streaming service during the first half of 2025 and faced harsh criticism from reviewers.
The follow-up series of her program also arrives shortly after she and Harry revealed they’ve secured a second agreement with Netflix, following weeks of speculation that their collaboration would conclude in September. Five years ago, Harry and Meghan secured a profitable deal, reportedly valued at over 100 million dollars, with Netflix after relinquishing their roles as senior working royals in 2020. This fresh extension is viewed as a step down from their earlier exclusive rights agreement and is believed to be worth considerably less.
Discussing the new deal, Meghan shared, “We’re proud to extend our partnership with Netflix and expand our work together to include the As Ever brand.
“My husband and I feel inspired by our partners who work closely with us and our Archewell Productions team to create thoughtful content across genres that resonates globally, and celebrates our shared vision.”
