No trick, just a treat.

Tickets for the March production of “The Phantom of the Opera” will go on sale Thursday for the revitalized tour coming to the Saenger Theatre.

Andrew Lloyd Webber’s blockbuster will run March 4-15 for 16 performances as part of the Broadway in New Orleans theatrical season.

Based on Gaston LeRoux’s 1910 novel about a skulking specter in the Paris Opera House, the musical exploded onto the London stage in 1986 before coming to America in 1988 and running on Broadway through 2023, making it the longest-running Broadway show in history at almost 14,000 performances.

Focusing on the character of young soprano Christine, the brilliant yet demented musical genius of the Phantom becomes obsessed to the point of murder and mayhem.

Originally directed by Harold Prince, the show features such memorable songs as “The Music of the Night,” “Think of Me,” “All I Ask of You,” “Masquerade” and the titular “Phantom of the Opera.”

The production headed to New Orleans, which features the original design, opened in London in 2021 and will begin a North American tour this month.

Isaiah Bailey (national tours of “The Lion King” and “Beautiful: The Carole King Musical”) will play the Phantom, with Jordan Lee Gilbert (opera appearances in “Le Nozze di Figaro” and “Don Giovanni”) as Christine. Daniel Lopez will be Raoul and Midori Marsh will be Carlotta.

Tickets will start at $35 on various dates and times, including several matinees, at the 1111 Canal St. theater.
