Dep Ch Con Alice Scott said “robust steps” were taken to close down unlicensed music events and to “pursue those responsible for organising them”.
Officers used police vehicles to close some entrances to the site to stop more people joining the event.
A “significant amount” of equipment, including music decks and speakers, was seized from the site. Two vans used to transport the equipment were also seized.
The ten people arrested were taken to Martlesham Police Investigation Centre for questioning.
