The two were spotted hitting the dance floor at a party Saturday hosted by Allen at her Debbie Allen Dance Academy in Los Angeles.
In a video posted on Instagram by Project Angel Food CEO Richard Ayoub, the “Top Gun” star is seen joining Allen for a spin as the deejay calls everyone to dance.
Cruise and Allen were joined by Jenifer Lewis and Allen’s sister Phylicia Rashad as they danced to “Candy” by Cameo and Maze & Frankie Beverley’s “Before I Let Go.” The guest list also included Jennifer Hudson.

Cruise and Allen will be presented with their statuettes during a ceremony Sunday night at the Ray Dolby Ballroom in Hollywood. Production designer Wynn Thomas will also be honored. Dolly Parton will receive the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award.
