If you missed Marvel Cinematic Universe’s last superhero outing of the year, The Fantastic Four: First Steps, in theaters, it’s time to grab your popcorn bucket and catch up with Marvel’s First Family from the comfort of your home.
Led by Pedro Pascal as Richard Reeds and Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm, along with Stranger Things breakout star Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm (the Human Torch) and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm (the Thing), First Steps will hit Marvel’s digital haven, Disney+, on November 5 at 3 a.m. ET/midnight PT.
The film makes its streaming debut after earning $521 million at the worldwide box office following its theatrical premiere on July 25, which included an impressive $218 million global opening weekend — making it the second-strongest superhero release of the summer, behind DC’s Superman starring David Corenswet.
In addition, First Steps stands as Marvel’s highest-grossing film of 2025, surpassing Captain America: Brave New World (which rallied for over $415 million) and Thunderbolts* (approximately $370 million).
Next up from Marvel’s canon, Spider-Man: Brand New Day, starring Tom Holland as the webslinger, swinging into theaters on July 31, 2026. Meanwhile, the Fantastic Four crew will return to the big screens in Avengers: Doomsday, slated to hit theaters on Dec. 18, 2026.
