As a certified fan of all things romance, there’s nothing that I love more than when the on-screen couple has PALPABLE chemistry — I’m talking sizzling through the screen. With that, there’s nothing that I HATE more than when on-screen couples have not an ounce of chemistry — like, you’re actors, act better! 5. Sizzling chemistry — Heath Ledger and Jake Gyllenhaal in Brokeback Mountain:

6. Stale chemistry — Henry Golding and Constance Wu in Crazy Rich Asians:

Loved everything about this movie except for the romance between Rachel and Nick.

Even though it was a movie, I felt like we, as the audience, were intruding on something private whenever Austin and Zoë were on screen together.

Rachel was just a general miscast all around.
