Alyssa Milano‘s daughter is a spitting image of the star in the early days of her career.
The Charmed actress, 53, shared a side-by-side photo on Instagram featuring her daughter Elizabeth, 11, in a fun athleisure look. The accompanying photo shows Milano on the cover of her 1988 workout video, Teen Steam.
“My girl,” she captioned the photo.

Milano was just 15 when she filmed the workout video, which she also sang the theme to. The video, one of many celebrity workout videos in the mid-to-late 80s, was designed to get teens moving.
The video was designed to look like it was a workout session between the actress and friends in her own bedroom. The blurb on the back reads in part, “Like any teenager, I’ve got lots of energy. And sometimes things that happen in my life make me restless. I need to move and let off the steam that builds up inside. So I put together a dance and workout routine that helps me cool out, keep my body fit, and head straight. I call it Teen Steam.”
Eva Mendes was among those who commented, fondly remembering the workout video.
“You have no idea what Teen Steam meant to me !!! Just seeing this brings me so much JOY ! And your daughter is a dream. Just a dream ! ♥️ ,” she wrote, adding, “I still know the song ! ❤️”
