Apple Music has officially launched Wrapped …
Whoops.
We meant “Replay ’25”, its most personalised year-in-review experience to date (that definitely is not trying to do the most against a similar year-in-review roundup notorious for going viral each year).
Now fully integrated into the Apple Music app, Replay ’25 tracks everything from discovery and loyalty to listening streaks, top genres, total minutes streamed, and even which artists made surprise comebacks in your rotation. It’s the platform’s most immersive reflection of user taste yet, tailored to those who treat music as both memory and ritual (unlike Spotify users who are all about those daily charts and rotations – right?).
Alongside the rollout, Apple Music has also revealed its 2025 Year-End Charts, with ROSÉ and Bruno Mars’ global smash “APT.” taking the crown across four major lists: Top Songs, Shazam, Global Radio, and Lyrics. DJ Maphorisa, Xduppy & Kabza De Small feat. Thatohatsi, Young Stunna & Nkosazana Daughter, “Abantwana Bakho” is South Africa’s top song of 2025. The charts also spotlight breakout moments from rising artists like Gracie Abrams, Alex Warren, and Ghana’s MOLIY, while celebrating another huge year for African music as Amapiano, Afrobeats, and 3-Step continued to dominate dance-floors and streaming feeds worldwide. The data paints a vivid picture of 2025’s cultural pulse, from Kendrick Lamar and SZA’s collaborative run to Lola Young’s meteoric rise.
Replay ’25 also arrives with expanded tools for artists, offering shareable milestones, global listener metrics, and long-view performance insights. Fans can dive into their Monthly Replay, revisit past years’ playlists, or go all the way back to day one with Replay All Time — a catalogue of their most-played tracks ever. To mark the launch, Apple Music has unveiled The Replay Gallery at Miami Art Week, an immersive exhibition translating this year’s defining musical themes into large-scale artworks.
Replay ’25 and all year-end charts are now available directly from the Apple Music Home tab, so you can get this year wrapped up sooner rather than later.
