Prince Jackson has a hand in the upcoming biopic about his father, Michael Jackson, according to a source.
A source tells the National Enquirer that the Los Angeles native is stepping up as a producer on Michael, working alongside “lead producer,” Graham King.
“For Prince, this could be the beginning of something very big because he has been fascinated by filmmaking since he was a kid,” the source shares.
“The Michael movie has to work on a business level, and it has to be a worldwide hit,” explains the source. “Prince has had a front row seat to see that process at work.”
The source points out that “if this movie hits big,” Prince will receive “some credit for that.”

“Combined with his massive access to money and his family’s intellectual property and deep industry connections, that’s a pretty good start to a film-producing career, even if he just wants to keep making projects related to the Michael Jackson estate,” the source adds.
As the Enquirer previously reported, Prince’s sister, Paris Jackson, made it clear she was not part of the project as she took to her Instagram Story in September, calling out actor Coleman Domingo, who stars in the movie musical, for claiming she was “very much in support of our film.”
“Don’t be telling people i was ‘helpful’ on the set of a movie i had 0% involvement in lol that is so weird,” the 27-year-old model wrote in her Instagram Story post, tagging Domingo, 55.
“I read one of the first drafts of the script and gave my notes about what was dishonest / didn’t sit right with me and when they didn’t address it i moved on with my life,” the American Horror Stories actress wrote in a second story. “Not my monkeys not my circus. god bless and god speed.”
