Lil Baby is closing out the summer with a move few in hip-hop could pull off — turning leaked music into a full official release. The Atlanta rap star has revealed the tracklist and features for his upcoming album The Leak$, now set to arrive August 22 via Quality Control and Motown. Originally slated for August 15, the project was delayed by a week.
The 16-track set blends previously leaked songs with unreleased material, reworked into polished, album-ready form. “I took a couple songs that already got leaked and put a whole album around it,” Lil Baby explained during a recent livestream. “Most of the leaks aren’t real versions anyway.”
