Nov. 14 (UPI) — Bad Bunny won the Album of the Year award for Debi Tirar Mas Fotos at the 26th annual Latin Grammy Awards Thursday.
The Puerto Rican singer and rapper, 31, had been nominated for 12 honors total. He was also acknowledged for Best Urban Music Performance, Best Urban Song, Best Urban Music Album and Best Reggaeton Performance.
“Puerto Rico, I love you. Thank you. Don’t forget where you come from, don’t stop being yourselves,” he said as he accepted his last accolade. “There are many ways to fight for your homeland. We chose music.”
The singer, who was also among the show’s performers, is set to headline the Super Bowl LX halftime show in 2026.

“This is for my people, my culture and our history,” he said when the performance was announced.

Karol G took home the Song of the Year award, while Alejandro San won Record of the Year.

CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso won five awards total, while Paloma Morphy was named Best New Artist.
