BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Musikfest 2025 drew record-breaking crowds and ticket sales, according to a report released by ArtsQuest.
ArtsQuest officials said the festival welcomed 1,449,000 attendees, setting an all-time attendance record.
Visitors came from 49 U.S. states and seven countries — Canada, Colombia, Great Britain, Italy, Mexico, the Netherlands, and South Africa — as well as Puerto Rico and Washington, D.C.
In addition to overall attendance, Musikfest also set a record for headliner ticket sales. According to ArtsQuest, 60,800 headliner tickets were sold this year; a 10% increase (6,000 more tickets) over the previous record since the festival began in 1984.
Officials said four headliner acts sold out: Megan Moroney, Riley Green, Darius Rucker and Jordan Davis – (tied with 2024) and eight headliner acts sold more than 5,000 tickets (also tied with 2024).
“This year’s Musikfest was truly one for the record books! From the highest number of attendees to the most headliner tickets sold in 42 years, all fueled by amazing weather for 10 days and 11 nights and incredible community spirit,” commented Kassie Hilgert, ArtsQuest’s president and CEO.
ArtsQuest said this year’s free stage lineup featured more than 400 artists performing 552 free musical performances across 15 stages.
Thirty percent of those acts were from the Lehigh Valley, while the remaining performers represented 25 states as well as six countries, officials said.
Musikfest also featured more than 45 food vendors, 40 artisans, and 10 retailers.
