KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Starlight Theatre in Kansas City released its 2026 AdventHealth Broadway Series on Tuesday.

Kansas City launches new program to revive vacant businesses ahead of 2026 World Cup
The series includes three Starlight premieres and the return of the popular, Tony Award-winning comedy “Monty Python’s Spamalot.”
“We’re thrilled to bring another incredible summer of Broadway to Kansas City audiences,” President and C.E.O. of Starlight Lindsey Rood-Clifford said in a news release. “From epic storytelling to side-splitting humor, our 2026 season celebrates the magic of live theatre in all its forms. These shows remind us why gathering under the stars to experience powerful stories together remains one of Kansas City’s most cherished traditions.”
Kansas City considers $3 million funding boost for Starlight Theater
The 2026 AdventHealth Broadway Series at Starlight includes:
“Hadestown” (June 9-14, 2026)
“A Beautiful Noise: The Neil Diamond Musical” (July 6-12, 2026)
“Monty Python’s Spamalot” (Aug. 3-8, 2026)
“Starlight’s Production of Disney’s Newsies” (Sept. 8-13, 2026)
