Jenna Dewan may or may not have just been convinced to bring her epic dance skills to the Dancing with the Stars ballroom floor.
Chatting with Lara Spenceron Good Morning America on Monday, the ‘Step Up’ icon was asked if she’d ever participate in the dance competition show.
“The thing with me is like I never say never because I love dancing so much and I miss it so much,” she said. “I just already know myself that it would be one of those really hard things to say no to.”
“I mean I’ve never ballroom danced so it would be hard, ” she added. “I have so much respect for everyone on that show. It’s really difficult, it’s difficult to dance like that, that hard, that long, week after week, it’s really amazing what they do.”
Dewan, 45, is no stranger to dance competition shows as she was a judge of NBC‘s World of Dance and more recently, CBS‘ Come Dance With Me. She also guest judged on Dancing with the Stars in 2018 and noted that she’s friends with Derek Hough during her interview.
“Derek’s gonna be like, ‘So Jen you’re doing this,'” she joked.
In the comments of the interview clip shared to Instagram, fans agreed she’d be great on the show.
“She would SLAY on that stage,” one said.
“Jenna on DWTS?? I’d be unwell in the BEST way,” added another.
